Valley View Agri-Systems celebrates Give FFA Day 2026

Every year during National FFA Week we get a powerful reminder of why agricultural education matters — and 2026 is no different. Give FFA Day is set for Thursday, February 26, 2026, a 24-hour day of giving that helps support FFA programs, local chapters, and the next generation of agricultural leaders.

What is Give FFA Day (and why it matters)

Give FFA Day is a national, 24-hour fundraising day that takes place during National FFA Week (Feb. 21–28, 2026). Donations made on Give FFA Day help fund programs at the local, state, and national level — everything from leadership experiences and blue jackets to resources for agricultural educators and grants that expand student opportunities. When communities give together, the impact multiplies for the more than one million FFA members across the country.

Why support Give FFA Day?

As a team that delivers trusted agricultural services to farms and communities, we know that a strong future for agriculture depends on well-trained, passionate young people. Supporting FFA — especially on Give FFA Day — is an investment in leadership, innovation, workforce development, and the resilience of rural communities.

Living to Serve — part of the FFA motto and how it guides action

One principle of the FFA motto is “Living to Serve” and is a call to action: it’s about servant leadership, community engagement, and putting skills to work for others. FFA’s Living to Serve platform gives students tools, recognition, and frameworks to plan meaningful service projects that benefit their towns, schools, and neighbors. When students “live to serve,” they practice leadership that’s rooted in giving back — exactly the kind of mindset that strengthens agriculture and rural economies for everyone.

How you can participate on Give FFA Day give ffa day, valley view ar

  • Give on Feb. 26, 2026. Make your donation at the official Give FFA Day page or support your local chapter. Every gift helps.
  • Share the story. Use #GiveFFADay, #FFAWeek in your posts to spread the word.
  • Volunteer or host a drive. Chapters and community partners often run local fundraisers, service projects, and awareness events during FFA Week.
  • Partner locally. If you’re part of a business or an organization that provides agricultural services, consider sponsoring an FFA event or donating resources that help students get hands-on experience.

Real impact — what support does

Gifts on Give FFA Day fund scholarships, leader experiences, Chapter Grants, and resources that keep students engaged in agricultural education. They also help ensure advisors and teachers have the training and materials needed to deliver high-quality programs. In short: your support translates directly into learning opportunities and career pathways for future farmers, agronomists, technicians, and agri-entrepreneurs.
