TJ Brashers leads direct line service support for AGI BinManager customers
JONESBORO, AR – Valley View Agri-Systems (VVA) is pleased to announce the creation of a dedicated Grain Management Services section within Team VVA.
“This new department was created specifically so our growing customer base of AGI SureTrack BinManager users has a direct line to the elite support only Team VVA can provide,” says Jeff Fjelstul, Vice President, Outside Sales.
Leading the charge for Valley View customers will be TJ Brashers, a Valley View service and installation technician who is passionate about ensuring customers get the answers they need, when they need them.
“We put TJ in this role to assist those customers further with any issues, operational questions, upgrades, advising of alerts. TJ is also managing any installation or service work around all these opportunities,” says Fjelstul.
“I am here solely to be that direct line for customers,” says Brashers. “I want customers to know wherever they are, I have their back. I’m here for troubleshooting, for unit adjustments, to help you get the most out of your BinManager. Think of us like an extension of your farm.”
